Dear Sir
I am your old Customer and i hire cars most for long trips from your company. I am writing this letter to inform you about an Car accident Which took place when i was near to my hotel location and car hit by buffalo running on the road.
Whereas, buffalo ran away when car which i am driving get stuck in between two tress. somehow i have save my life by jump outside from that car and fell on grass but car was damaged so badly and smoke from vehicle is getting out. Also, front part of car is totally get damaged.
Immediately when i stand i call to Fire brigade because car was hit by tree and there are a lot plants also exist and there are chances of fire and i call to your company customer service they connect me to mechanic and i sent them location so they can reached early as possible. Somehow, I Have fixed Dash Camera outside companies car as i want to shoot my journey it will help you to find that how all incident took place. Additionally, when mechanic of your company check the vehicle after inspection it is found that breaks are not working properly by which i will not able to stop the car immedeatly. kindly, provide some compensation as default come from your side. i look forward to hearing from you soon.
