I hope your are doing well.As we agreed upon my bathroom renovation project and i specifically told you that i want a polished marble floor with smooth finish within one week and you said that you’ll make sure that i will be done by a week

so what is this it’s been two week and the bathroom isn’t ready yet , i gave it a visit where i saw that the marble is not polished week and the gaps between the tiles is not equal your Company didn’t use any cross separator or spacors .there is a lot of space between tile where the filling is not filled properly which will lead to a leaking floor ahead

This is not the proper way of working.I want you to remove the current flooring and replace it with proper Polished tiles and complete the wall work also within a week

If you can’t do it anymore so tell me I’ll ask any other contractors
