Dear Sir or Madam,I am writing this letter with regard to the contracted refurbishment to the bathroom at house 32 on Hank street.

While the contracted job was to remove the old black and white tiles and to fix the new colorful ones with the cross pattern, the tiles that were fixed were also black and white with no patterns a all.

I have paid in advance for the purchase of the colorful tiles and also paid the full amount for the installation fees, eventhough I did not feel any change in style due to using the same colors again. It is depressing to pay for nothing.

I believe that I am entitled for a full renovation of the bathroom using the right pattern tiles free of charge or at least I get a refund of fifty percent of what was paid.
