Good evening! I decided to write this letter because I hired a contractor to renovate my bathroom, but the work was done poorly and took much longer than agreed.

Firstly, I had searched a company which workers will do renovate in my bathroom in a short time, so I was ready to pay more than standart price. Workmanship told me that his team will finish in a month but today is 20th of October and we talked in June! Four months had been going!!! It’s getting colder and I don’t have a place to wash my body. It’s disgusting.

Secondly, when I had came to check the progress I saw that instead of Italian marble workers did granite wall. We discussed it! And I gave them a lot of money to buy marble. And marble costs much more than granite isn’t it? So I have a question, where is my money?

Thirstly, I want to warning that I’m expecting compensation. I hope you understand it.
