Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my concerns regarding your quality of service which I received in the last week.
I have requested your service to renovate my kitchen;unfortunately,I am deeply disappointed by your work.In fact,the leakage problems were solved appropriately;however,the stains on the sink remains the same even after several washes.Moreover,the windows are not properly cleaned and some of the interior plants are missing.
Since I am working as a nurse,I have to spend long hours in my hospitals;therefore I may not have enough time to keep my kitchen tidy.Whereas,your team made the place and my household evenmore worsen.I should spend long hours to remove the dirts and rubbish from my home.Additionally,some of the items were damaged or missed,I spent a significant amount for purchasing all of those products.
I would like to request you to visit my residence to complete the remaining works.Furthermore,I woould appreciate if you could give me some compensation for the producta that I have lost during the work.
I hope you will consider these issues unacceptable and will take necessary actions to avoid simillar issues in the future.
