Dear Manager,
The purpose of my writing to you today is to complain about your services that led to extreme dissatisfaction.
Addressing the situation, initially, I was excited to give a new look to my kitchen space, especially from your company, because of the quality of service provided. But unfortunately, the task was still under process even after two weeks; which was still under process even after two weeks, which was promised prior. Moreover, the wooden island area was not smoothen, it still has rough edges which can cause serious injuries.
Adding to that, while shifting the new appliances into the residence, the floor tiles cracked because of poor handling. Now it adds up to an additional expense to my budget, which I can not afford at this time. This whole circumstance puts me in a dilemma whether to trust the company again or not.
I would like to request that to replace the workers with experienced professionals to handle the situation as soon as possible, without any extra charge. And if not, I would really appreciate the partial refund of the amount paid.
