I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent kitchen renovation completed by your company at my home on 15 Oak Street. Unfortunately, the quality of workmanship has not met the standards promised during our initial consultation.
To begin with, the tiles on the kitchen floor are uneven, and several have already started to crack. The cabinets were installed without proper alignment, leaving noticeable gaps between the doors. Additionally, the paint on the walls has started peeling only two weeks after completion, suggesting that low-quality materials were used.
These issues have caused significant inconvenience to my family. We are unable to use certain parts of the kitchen safely, and the overall appearance of the space is far from what we expected after investing a considerable amount of money.
I would appreciate it if your company could send a qualified team to inspect and repair the defective work within the next two weeks. Alternatively, I would expect a partial refund to cover the cost of hiring another contractor to correct these problems.
