Dear Sir/Madam
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to ask your permittion to have a new single room next term as I can no longer bare sharing my current room with Sandy – as student in my class.
The reason for my demand is that Sandy is really annoying. She kept inviting friends to our room and throwing parties, having fun together. This has made it very difficult for me to focus on my study due to the intensive noise. Moreover, they sometimes even borrow my things like books or toys without my allowance, causing misconceptions and frustration.
I would really appreciate you letting me stay in a new room for the next term. As I will need to study hard for my graduate examination, a single-room with quite surroudings and a green view from the windows would make best for me.
I believe your accommodation office would manage this easily. Thank you for your consideration to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
Yours faithfully,
Emily
