Band 5+: You live in a room in college which you share with another student. You find it very difficult to work there because he or she always has friends visiting. They have parties in the room and sometimes borrow your things without asking you. Write a letter to the Accommodation Officer at the college and ask for a new room next term. You would prefer a single room. Explain your reasons. You should write at least 150 words. You do NOT need to write your own address. Begin your letter as follows

Dear Sir/Madam

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to request your assistance regarding my accomodation issue which has caused great inconveniences.

I am currently living in Room 101, on the 2nd floor of Dorm A with another student. The issue is her friend frequent visits which reduces my focus, therefore disrupting my workflow. They are always holding boisterous parties as well as taking my items without my permission.

I kindly request a new room arrangement in the next term especially a single room. I appreciate your efforts in handling this matter.
