Dear Sir/Madam

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to request your assistance regarding my accomodation issue which has caused great inconveniences.

I am currently living in Room 101, on the 2nd floor of Dorm A with another student. The issue is her friend frequent visits which reduces my focus, therefore disrupting my workflow. They are always holding boisterous parties as well as taking my items without my permission.

I kindly request a new room arrangement in the next term especially a single room. I appreciate your efforts in handling this matter.
