Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my concerns regarding my current accommodation situation at the college. Unfortunately, I am facing significant difficulties while sharing a room with another student due to our vastly different lifestyles and routines.

My roommate often stays up late and tends to engage in loud conversations, which disrupts my sleep and hampers my ability to focus on my studies. The constant noise, combined with the lack of personal space and privacy, makes it extremely challenging to concentrate on my coursework and complete assignments effectively. These circumstances have started to affect my overall academic performance, which is a great concern for me.

Given these challenges, I would appreciate it if you could arrange a change in my accommodation to a single-occupancy room. A quiet and serene environment is essential for my productivity and well-being, and I believe that having my own space would greatly enhance my ability to study and maintain a balanced lifestyle.

Thank you for your understanding and support in this matter. I kindly request that you process this accommodation change at your earliest convenience. I look forward to your prompt response.

Yours faithfully,

Himesh Hotwani
