Dear Neighbours

I hope you are doing well. I am writing the letter to complain about the noise you are making. As you known, I living just below your apartment, so it is quiet annoying because of incessant and loud noise.

I am working from 5 am to 1 pm because of that I need to sleep early in the night around 10pm. When I am going for sleep you are turning on T.V. , and using your stereo loud speakers, that break the quiteness in my apartment.

In addition, As per the rules, you can’t make thenoise after 10pm, which we discussedin the last meeting.If you don’t you have the stereo loudspeaker with you I’ve, it would solve the problem.

Thank you for taking time to read this letter of complain and I consider you will understand my situation.
