Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing regarding an unpleasant situation I am experiencing in my apartment.

My name is Tiema and I am one of the tenants who live in your apartment building. I live in apartment number 435 on the fifth floor.

Recently, my neighbors who live on the sixth floor have been making a lot of noise at night. They are having parties almost every night and turn on the music as loud as possible.

In addition, they are getting drunk, and knock on others’ doors, which is very disturbing and annoying.

If you may, I would like to suggest a solution, which is to set new regulations regarding loud noises after 9:00 pm. The new role should include prohibating loud music from 9:00 pm until 9:00 am every day excluding weekends, and it should also include a fine of four-hundred dollars if people break the rule.
