Dear Mr. Smith,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing you to make a compliment about the current situation of our building and ask you to take an appropriate step towards that.

I am Joseph Rhapsody, your neighbor who lives in the unit number 10 on the third floor. moved to this apartment about ten months ago, when the apartment was quite quiet.

Unfortunately, from 6 month ago on, the apartment has not been such queit anymore. As you may know, our new neighbors, who stays in unit 8, arrived here from overseea. Since they from a different country and a different culture, they act differently. One aspect that has been affecting directly on my life is that they tend to be awake even after midnight, and play music on a high volume.

I sincerly ask you to provide some regulations for the building members to force them respect others, keep the building as a peaceful place to live, and do the loud activities during the day.
