Dear Sir or madam,

I am writing to inform you about the recent meeting which i have missed because of my commute issue.

Due to heavy traffic in my area i was not able to reach at the meeting. Right now the people are enjoying festival called Diwali and by doing so local buses are taking time to drop people at their offices and as well as the destination location.

I am planning to schedule this missed meeting to the team in this upcoming weekend if it is convenience to them or i can arrange a online meeting in which we will catch up all the details which we missed.

once again, my appologies for the inconvenience. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
