Dear Sir,

Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to you regarding the problem of air flight which I missed due to a reason.

I would like to mention the reason behind missing my flight that, I lost my bag which includes important documents along with tickets at airport. Then, I asked for help from airport security to check surveillance cameras. Their efforts bring my lost bag but unfortunately I could not check in on time.

Missing this flight cause bring me in trouble because I have an important meeting by tomorrow.

Moreover, this is an international meeting which was scheduled a month before and crucial for the progress of my job. Additionally, I have to book next flight at a high price on urgent basis that costs a lot.

I am deeply requesting you to refund my ticket so I could book flight with another airline urgently.

I am anxiously waiting for your reply and hope this matter can be resolve quickly.
