Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Harri. I was glad that we finalized your venue for my grand father’s 90th birthday which happened a week ago on April 8th.

I could not stop myself from appreciating your staffs who were so warm and welcoming from the time we arrived till the closure. The comfortable seats and impeccable service exceeded my expectations. I was particularly impressed by the way your supervisor operated his team members to make everyone feel thier home. Special menition to the staffs who were handling people with a huge smile in thier face inspite of over populated atmosphere.

Honestly we were not expecting these amount of people but the way your chef handled it without creating a chaos deserves a special mention. With these type of service you completely deserve a 5 star rating from us and we will surely recommend your hotel to our friends and colleague, and i look forward to of organize the upcoming family events here with a pleasure
