I hope this letter finds you well, despite being in hospital. I wanted to update you on our match last weekend against [Opposing Team’s Name].

I’m thrilled to say we won 3-1! The weather was a mix of light rain and overcast skies, which made the field quite slippery. Despite the challenging conditions, everyone played with great determination.
