Dear Sir or Madam,

The reason why I am writing to you is that there are some problems of the book I ordered from your online bookstore and I described the matters in this letter.

A few days ago I was looking for a book which is about the story of Baldwin VI. I had several difficulties to find this book because it is a limited edition book. But I found it in your shop and booked immediately. I hoped the book was good with high quality. However, it did not happen.

When I took my order I was disappointed. This is because it has a number of problems. The main one is that some pages of the book have switched their position with each other. For example, the second page is together at the end. I think this does not matter to read.

However another issue is really awful. It is that some of the information about Baldwin were written dimly, which means I cannot read it clearly.

These matters are too bad for me. Now I am going to return the book and I want you to give me another one which has no problems. I look forward to your immediate response to my letter.
