I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to complain about my recent purchase from your online platform.
I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro on 2nd January having product code 1278513 in blue color. Upon arrival, I inspected it and found a scratch on the back side. When I turned it on, the screen’s quality wasn’t what I expected. Further, during testing, I discovered the microphones weren’t working properly as I heard crackling noise in between.
I was extremely disappointed by the quality of product as I have been one of your loyal customers since many years. When I tried contacting customer service via phone, I was put on hold and no resolution was provided. I bought the phone as a birthday gift for my father but due to unexpected issues faced with the product, I was unable to give it to him. The lack of responsiveness from customer service and defective product has caused great dissatisfaction with your company.
I expect a full refund within 3 working days or a replacement within a day if refund is not possible. I am exceedingly displeased because of inconvenience caused from defective phone as well as incompetence of your customer service department.
