Last Sunday, I attended the community event organized by you in our local playground, and I would like to share a few concerns regarding the event.

I was really disappointed to see that planning was not done in advance, which made the whole organization feel somewhat messy. Considering the number of people who attended the program, the venue felt a bit small. If many people were invited, it would have been better to choose a larger and more suitable location for the event.

Additionally, there were no public washrooms available on that street, which created a lot of inconveniences for elderly attendees, such as my parents. We should definitely ensure that washroom facilities are available at the venue or arrange for portable toilets for the guests.

Furthermore, the parking lot looked quite dirty after the event, as the waste from the temporary food stalls was not cleaned properly. People began to complain about this issue, and we would like to request that you send an additional cleaning team next time to ensure that the venue is properly cleaned after such events
