Dear Ms. Keith,

I was one of your guests at the community event hosted last night, and I am writing this letter to express my humble concerns regarding the many incidents and mishaps that took place.

To host a local talent show event was an outstanding idea, I believe it allowed a variety of different people to attend, and many unexpected families showed up. However, since everyone from the neighbourhood was invited, it got crowded, very quickly. I expected the event to be cozy and relaxed.

The main concern of this event was the inadequate planning of the actual talent show, many people did not know that they were up next and that showed disorganization and lack of preparation. I believe this also caused the audience to divert their attention elsewhere. Futhermore, the microphone was inaudible at times and there was insufficiency in the overall stage management.

To improve future events within our neighbourhood, I would suggest to have a preparation day scheduled the day before the actual event.
