Dear Sir,

I trust this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction concerning a course.

As a cook, I was look for courses and seminors to brush my knowledge in the area of cooking, therefore I enrolled in your course. I anticipated this will cover the advanced techniques like gastronomy. But unfortunately, this course did not cover it.

Althought the lessons was incredibly amazing , it was unenaging and certain informations was vague. For an instance, while explaining the characteristics of salt and sugar, the professor Raja, forgot to explain the main roles in the cooking. Furthermore, he did not mention the types of salt and sugar, which is essential.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide more details about the ingredients. Additionally, if you demonstrate, it will be easier to understand for the aspiring candidates. I would be pleased to supply any further information you require.
