Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my gratitude for the course I have attended.

The course I attended was ”Computer Maintenance and Hardware”. This course was of six months duration. I really want to thank you for the wonderful experience that I have gained through your institute. Because of well-trained staff, I learnt many things. All the teachers are very cooperative and understanding.

Everything I learnt from here is beneficial. However, dealing with situations is the best part of the course. Along with practical training, emotional training would benefit me a lot in my future. In other institutes, it is not taught to students, but here my educators taught me how to handle situations with full confidence. Now, I am thinking about opening my own repair shop as I feel more confident after doing this course.

Furthermore. I would like to suggest some improvements that can be made for future participants. Adding extra computers would be a good idea as there are numerous students. Morever, hiring more teachers can be helpful to provide attention to every student. I hope you will take these suggestions into consideration.
