I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding a professional training course. Recently, I joined your language classes in November; unfortunately, I were unhappy with the quality of the training and the tutors.
To begin with, my teacher has not provided updated material, as well as she has less knowledge about my doubts. When I started a class, they promised me to give one-one class, but they are not giving me. Moreover, the voice quality was not worth it. Besides that, her teaching method is not good, as it creates an understanding problem. It has negatively affected my studies and academic performance.
In light of the issue, I would greatly appreciate it if you could arrange a new staff member or change the teaching pattern. Alternatively, I would be willing to accept a partial refund if a replacement is not feasible. Taking prompt action in this matter would help restore my confidence in your service.
