I hope you are having a wonderful day. I am writing this letter to you to express my gratitude as I got many insights from your workshop that I recently attended. Your current workshop entitled “Understanding Strengths and Weakness Through Meditation” is really a life changing for me personally. From your workshop I learned that meditation can relax our mind and heal our soul. Inhale and exhale breathing activity early in the morning will send signals to our brain to stay calm and help to to think better. I have tried and practiced the activities several times, and I must tell that it really works. By practicing inhale and exhale, I can now relax and gradually find my strengths. Meditation also helps me controlling my emotion during busy hours in the office.
I would like to have any notification from you about your future workshops by email if you do not mind. I would suggest that you would distribute any kind of questionnair so people could share their interest of some topics which will be ideas for your future workshops. Overall, I would like to thank you for your useful and helpful workshop.
