Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the workshop I recently attended, as it did not meet my expectations.
Before attending, I expected the workshop to be well organized, informative, and practical. I was hoping to gain new knowledge, learn useful skills related to the topic, and take part in interactive activities such as discussions or hands-on exercises led by experienced speakers.
Unfortunately, the workshop fell far below these expectations. The sessions started late and lacked clear structure. Much of the information presented was very basic and repeated what was already available online. In addition, the speakers seemed unprepared and there was little opportunity for participants to ask questions or engage in meaningful discussion.
To improve future workshops, I would suggest inviting more qualified and experienced presenters, planning the schedule more carefully, and including practical activities that actively involve participants. Collecting feedback in advance about participants’ expectations could also help make the content more relevant and engaging.
I hope you will take these comments into consideration, as I believe your workshops have the potential to be much more valuable.
Yours faithfully,
Dilnaz
