I am writing to you in regards to the course I booked last month. First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to you for providing me a fabulous opportunity to attend a part-time course of Java development, hence I am aware of an outstanding format of studying, which enables all participants to acquire job offers after only 3 months of education. I believe it could significantly boost my career and increase my monthly income.

However, due to unforeseen circumstances – my mum sustained a heart attack – I have to cancel my booking, because I will not be able to attend all the lessons and fulfill course goals in the next 3 months, owing to the fact, that my mum requires supervision during the whole period of recovery.

Even though, according to your policy, it is forbidden to change the curriculum of student in the middle of education, I humbly ask you to make an exception and to give me an opportunity to book a course “The basics of IT administration. It is online course, thus I would be able to finish all its tasks.
