Dear Kizito,
I hope this finds you well, I am writing to inform you on the damage on one of the books you gave me a few weeks ago specifically the book ”The Good News”.
Firstly I want to sincerely apologize for this unfortunate situation because I knew how valuable and special this book was to you. The book has been on the table in the office area and that is where I have been keeping it after reading, but a few days back my son found his way into the office space and started using the book like his toy. Its rather unfortunate that he tore the table of contents and most of the last pages of the book.
For this rather unprecedented situation, I would like to offer you dinner at any resturant of your choice and at the time of your choosing expenses on me, and I will replace the book with the latest release from the same author.
I look foward to hearing from you shortly.
Best Regards
Frankie
