Dear Mr. Harry potter,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you because I would like to tell you there is a crack from your special mirror when I borrowed from you yesterday, I want to explain to you about it, so when my brother visited my house, he is very curious about that mirror, and when he touches it, he accidentally dropped your mirror, I really shocked when that happen, and I tried to fix it but I couldn’t do that because I am not have skill in that.

However, as your neighbor, please accept my deepest apologize for this mistake, once again, and I will make sure to prevent this from happening in the future.

As a sign of my sincerity, I would like to offer some compensation to make up for the inconvenience. Please let me know what would be acceptable for you. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response.
