Dear Mr John,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with home problems I purchased from you. The house turned out to be different from what I had hoped for. This has caused significant inconvenience and I kindly request an appropriate solution.

I came across a few problems at home. For example: lines on the wall. I believe that this issue is the result of poor construction work. In my opinion, it might be related to the wall’s structure or the painting of the wall. This issue began to happen four days ago. The lines on the wall are expending and increasing with each passing day. It is a cause for concern and I have been stressed all day.

You did not tell me about the problems in the house and did not warn me that such problems may arise. This situation put me in a bad situation.

I had high expectations regarding the quality of your home. I expected the home has not any troubles. I bought it from you for a to numerous money so I request you to repair the house. I hope you satisfy me with this demand.

I would appreciate it if you could address this matter promptly. Please inform me about any actions taken.
