I am writing to you to make a complaint that my notebook, which I purchased from you 5 days ago, is not working. It always freezes after turning on, during trying to boot its pre‑installed Windows 11 operating system.
My laptop is a “Dell Inspiron H” type notebook which includes a 4-core processor, 3 USB 2.0 and 2 USB 3.0 plugs, a 1 TB ROM, two 16 TB SSD drivers, and a 64-bit Windows 11 operating system. I received a document from your company, which states that you provide a repair service by the manufacturing company if this situation happens within 12 months. In addition, you provide its replacing with another one if this happens within 7 days after its buying, or if it is impossible, you will refund its price.
Based on the description of this product, this type would be ideal for me. Therefore, I would be grateful if you could replace it with another one. Based on my previous good experience, I am sure that, according to your policy, you will try to arrange the replacement as soon as possible. If you are unable to achieve this due to any problem, such as the lack of this type of laptop, I expect a full refund of the price. I believe that you will pay this out extremely quickly if necessary.
