I am writing to you to make a complain that my notebook which I purchased from you 5 days ago, is not working. It always freezing while it try to boot its Windows 11 operation system which was installed before its buying. There is written in the documentum which I got from your company that you provide a repearing service if this situation happened within. In addition, you provide its replacing to another one if this happened within 7 days, or if it was impossible, you will refund its price.
Based on description of this product, this type would be ideal for me. Therefore, I am expecting that you replace its to another one. Based on my experience, I am sure that you will to try to achieve the replacement as soon as possible. If you are unable to achieve this due to any problem, such as the lack of this type of laptop, I am expected the replacement of its full price. I believe that you will paid out this extremely quickly in the that case.
