Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing with regard to a laptop, which I purchased from your Metropol branch last week.
I have followed the instructions and charged it for 4 hours. However, when I tried to turn it on, it shut itself down after BIOS screen and makes a beeping sound just before it goes black screen. I ran system repair, which may restore the system to its last healthy state, but it also did not work as intended and problem remained unsolved. Then, I ran system diagnostic and discovered that there are several bad sectors on its motherboard, which can be considered as a critical issue as this problem may affects every other component on device.
I would be grateful if you could give me full refund because I have already experienced such an unpleasant problem and do not want to take a risk by repairing it or replacing it with another one. I also suggest that your staff should run a full diagnostic search and attach its result with other documents in order to detect issues on components before selling electronic devices.
Thank you for your consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Fatih Karakaptan
