Hello Store Manager,

Hope you are doing well ,

I writing this letter to file a complaint about the product I have received last week which is top from the couple of other items that I brought from your store.

Well , I ordered so many times from your store before, it was a very happy experience to me , this is why this time I had more expectations from your service. Unfortunately top that I received is fully torn from one side. On top that I received it in different colour than I ordered which is very disappointing.

Lastly, I tried to replace but I can’t do from my side as it was on final sale , but I need a refund for this as this is completely useless for me. With a huge disappointment I want you to please return the item and initiate the money back that would be a great help.
