I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with store. On 16 th August, I ordered a Bluetooth wireless headset (order number:427196)
Unfortunately, when the parol arrived on 20 th August, I discovered that the item was damaged.
The left ear cushion was completely torn, and the headset had several seretches on its surface, which clearly shows that it was not handled properly during delivery. Because of this damage, the product does not function comfortably and falls to meet the quality I expected.
I would kindly request either a replacement with a new undamaged headset or a full refund. I believe this would be the most appropriate way to resolve the issue. Please let me know how to proceed with returning the faulty thing.
