Good day to you! I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent purchase from your store. Last week I checked-out a beautiful pink dress, which I received approximately an hour ago. Unfortunately, upon unboxing the package, I immediately noticed that it was damaged. There was a brown, marble-sized stain on the center of the garment, near the stomach area. This stain is quite striking and distracts the whole appeal of the dress. Under the circumstances, I kindly request for a replacement dress. I will send you back the package that I have received immediately upon receiving your reply. Additionally, there is also a close-up footage of my unboxing, as well as the stain I have found. I will be happy to send this video to you if needed.
