I recently bought BMW C160 from your city branch on 1st August and exactly after a week I am facing a noise issue with the car engine. I tried calling your branch and wrote multiple emails along with a few messages but no have get back to me.
Recently i was driving normally suddenly a noise started coming from the car engine and checked the engine but i noticed some broken wires out of nowhere. I tried contacting the sales manager via his email and sent a few messages on his phone number but the sales manager didn’t even send a reply back to me this made me very disappointed.
At the time of my deal with the sales manager, he gave the word that I can 6-month guarantee of my car but now he is ignoring me. Now i want to give his respond as earliest as possible and guide what should i do with my car and who will bear the cost of my car.
I am waiting for your manager response.
