It is extremely disappointing that none of your customer service numbers are being answered, and the messages I have left have gone unanswered. Even the email addresses listed on the business card appear to be unmonitored, which has made it very difficult to seek assistance.
The car initially worked well, but it has recently begun to develop problems. It now takes a long time to start, and when it finally does, it makes a loud and disturbing noise. This has raised concerns about the vehicle’s reliability and safety.
I kindly request that you arrange for the car to be inspected and repaired as soon as possible. Additionally, I urge you to improve your customer service support, as other customers may also be experiencing similar difficulties.
