I want to express my dissatisfaction with a used car that I purchased a few weeks ago. I have tried reaching the company by phone, message, and email and am still waiting for a response from the company, which has been more than a week now. This has been so frustrating for me, as this is my first vehicle, and we both had a mutual agreement on how we would handle such an issue with the car if it arose.
After a week, the car started producing a rattling noise from the front compartment, and I sometimes noticed some alerts popping up on the display, like an engine light. I tried sending pictures of the alerts in the email that I received from your business card but haven’t heard anything about it yet. I also checked on YouTube about how I should be cautious and move forward if I had such a problem with my vehicle but have not found anything related. So, I request your assistance with this. Please guide me on how I can resolve this issue and repair it so that I can return to my normal routine.
