Dear Sir or Madam,
I am reaching out to you in order to discuss problems in the recently bought second-hand car from your company. Despite my efforts in trying to reach out to you via phone, messages or emails, I am yet to hear back from you. This is really disheartening and very unacceptable from a reputed company like yours.
I bought a secondhand, 2020 Toyota Corolla from your company 3 weeks ago and around 4 days after buying the car, the air conditioning system of the car stopped. 2 days after that, while returning from work, the car started making some noises and unexpectedly stopped on the highway. I had to call in a tow-truck to take it back to my home. I have been trying to get in contact with you but to no avail.
As the manager, I want you to replace my car with an equal priced vehicle from your comapny, which I want to be cross-checked by a mechanic of my choice, in my presence. Alternatively, if this is not possible then I want a full refund as the car is defective since I bought it from your company. I would like you to reach out to me as soon as possible so that we can work this out.
Yours faithfully,
Rakshit
