I am very unhappy to mention that your customer service telephone line was never answered despite my numerous efforts. Regrettably, the emails I sent were never answered either. It is my greatest dissatisfaction that your customer care is diametrically opposed to what is advertised on your esteemed website.
To begin with, the battery fails every morning to start up. Additionally, unusual shaking of the car when idling is disturbing, especially as I commute to work daily through heavy traffic jams. Needless to say, the heater stopped working five days after the sale, giving an unpleasant experience in these cold weather conditions.
In light of this, I request immediate remedial action. Firstly, a prompt session to fix the above-mentioned issues free of charge would be highly appreciated. Secondly, a partial reimbursement for a rental car for the time of repairs is demanded. Lastly, I would appreciate your concern regarding improving customer service to please customers.
