I am writing this letter to you regarding the product which I bought from your store recently. On 25.feb.2025 I buy a speaker from your Calicut outlet and I find this gadget from internet after a long search. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed about the product as well as the customer service also not satisfactory. The main problem which I faced while playing the speaker, the quality of the sound is not good at all. In addition, while am playing the music there is a vibration on the body.
I attempted to call the customer service still I did not receive any response from their side. Yesterday I visited your shop and gave the speaker to your technical staff for checking the issue also I given the bill and the warranty card and they told me, they will rectify the issue and they will deliver the item to my home address by the same day but I am still not received the order.
I kindly requesting you to provide me the full refund or the new speaker as soon as possible as per the your policy.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward a prompt response
