Dear Store Manager,

I have recently bought a TV from your store. I got a good discount on it. It was working fine until I started playing youtube videos. I found out that the speaker is making buzzy sounds. First I thought that it was a network issue or the video has buzzy kind of sounds.

The internet connection was fine and I also tried changing to the different videos but the issue was not resolved. I contacted to the manufacturer to check that it is covered in my warranty and I am eligible for replacement. I was told to contact the merchant where I got the TV.

I request you to initate the replacement for the TV. I will pack it as it was came in and ready for you to pick up. Let me know when you will pick up.
