I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent purchase from your online store.
I had previously purchased a black tablet with booking confirmation of #2394782 under Mrs. Jane Smith from your website. Upon inspection, I have noticed that the electronic has a dent on the top right corner, possibly due to mishandling. Although I have not experience any issues upon usage, I had expected to receive the device in an excellent condition considering it costed me a fortune.
Due to the damage, I would like to receive a full refund, if possible. Moreover, I am willing to exchange the product if the shipping fee is fully rebated. Please advise me on how you intend to proceed.
