Dear Sir Madam I am writing a review about quality of service. Recently a bought a ceramic cup. I was ordered this product on Five’s of November and it delivered after 3 days. Despite the lack of benefits the package of product was weak and the cup got damaged. I was disappointed because I ordered it for my mom’s birthday which was supposed to take place in nine’ of November.
I kindly request that you send me a replacement or provide a full refund. I have attached a photo of the damaged product.
