Hello! Recently i have purchased one of your laptops, and it seemed to be impressive for me, just in case that i bought from your company for the first time. Although, it came with broken screen and damaged keyboard, which made me get bad thoughts about your service generally.
Nevertheless, i have the suggestion for this problem. In my opinion, the best solution is either to get my money back, either to send me a new one, and I don’t think that you want poor reviews.
