I am writing to complain about a digital camera I bought from your website two weeks ago, which has developed a serious fault.
After only a few days of normal use, the camera began turning off unexpectedly and displaying an error message. I followed the troubleshooting guide but nothing worked. I then contacted your support team last Friday, who advised me to install a software update. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved.
Since the product is still under warranty, I would appreciate it if you could either replace it or issue a full refund. I have attached a copy of my receipt and a photo showing the error message for your reference.
