Dear Sir,

I would like to bring your attention to an issue which is related to your company.

Recently,I have received my order and I cannot say I am satisfied about it.Unfortunately,it did not meet my expectations and I really wanted to see some positive changes as soon as possible from the company by complaining to it.

Actually,there are many things that I bought,but the one which is damaged is iron.It does not work as it was described in his description.The real problem is that his wire does not provide energy and it can not be used.

I think this problem should be solved by taking some serious actions,for example checking each product again to be sure there is nothing to worry about,even you already did it.You should realise that this kind of drawbacks might be dangerous for customers and it could badly affect your reputation.
