My name is Khing Ja. I recently recieved the newly laptops which I bought from online platform at 24 October 2025. The order number is 12456776357. After recording the process of unpackaging, I carefully read the instruction and found that my laptop cannot be use. I have tried several times pressing the power buttons but that does work. I don’t know how to fix this products, as a result I am sending this letter to seek for helping.
I hope the company to fix or change a new laptops for me beforing my project deadline which is approximately at the end of November.
