When I opened the package, I noticed that the laptop screen had a long crack on the right side. In addition, the keyboard was not functioning properly, and several keys were unresponsive. The outer box also appeared slightly torn, which suggests that the item may have been damaged during delivery.
This situation is very disappointing because I needed the laptop urgently for my new job, which starts next week. I chose your store because of the positive reviews and the promise of safe packaging. Unfortunately, the condition of the product has caused unnecessary stress and has delayed my preparations.
